The Del’s newest dining experience opened October 2019 and features a gourmet food-truck and beverage trailer with an eclectic menu of beach favorites, local beers on tap, wines by the bottle or glass and tropical cocktail creations. Walk up to order, or relax while you enjoy full-service dining on our expansive beach deck overlooking the Pacific. Kids and adults can play classic beach games on the sand.

The Sun Deck will reopen as a modern beachfront eatery, the ultimate destination for craft cocktails and coastal favorites. Where guests will relax by the cozy fire pits and savor delectable bites and drinks with gorgeous front row views of the most spectacular sunsets on the West Coast.

Named for The Del’s visionary founders and featuring the hotel’s original mahogany bar, B&S Bar will receive some structural upgrades as well as an interior design update. The original bar will be carefully refinished and the outdoor awning will be replaced with a wood trellis. The nearby B&S Bakery will also be renovated.

Focused on a healthy California lifestyle, the menu is centered around quick grab-and-go meals and drinks that can be enjoyed indoors or on a gorgeous patio. The menu will evolve throughout the day, offering healthy breakfast options, quick lunch entrées and woodfired pizza for takeaway or seated with wine and salads in the piazza.

An American take on French classic cuisine with interactive small plates and family-style service featuring house-crafted cocktails and a California wine list. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner the Brasserie will surprise and delight with visually appealing dishes like tomahawk steak and artfully plated entrees orchestrated by our French Master Chef, creating Instagramable moments filled with culinary delights.
